Returns and Exchanges
We offer a no questions asked return policy. Please note that merchandise can only be returned for refunds if it is unused with all price tags intact and no wear/tear sign.
Return window details:
Return can be done within 7 days of delivery. Kindly raise return request from below Link
Home collection will be done by brand side only, we will deduct shipping charges ( if applicable).
• Card/ Wallet/ UPI/ / Net banking: Directly credited to the original source of payment
• Cash on delivery: Refund will be initiated once we receive the bank account details from the customer
• Store Credit: Customer will be get credit note on registered email id.
Exclusions from the return policy:
The following items are excluded from our return policy:
Bodysuit, Dresses, Skirt, or any products with a broken seal. Some of the items may have their own terms and conditions which will be product specific.
Refund to be made to the user shall not include any amount paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time. However, in the event a product has been delivered with a defect or damage (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by us after due verification at its sole discretion) we may, in our sole discretion, refund the shipping charges to you. For claiming product damage, an unboxing video is required.
Money Refund
Please note that refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of product delivery back to our warehouse.
1. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition with the original receipt and packaging.
2. Return Process
Sign in to your account.
Go to "Raise a Return/Exchange Request" and add your order ID.
Initiate the return/exchange request.
Refund process:
Please note that refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of product delivery at warehouse. please expect the refund to be credited in your account within 7 working days.
Shipping charges will only be refunded for defective or incorrect items.
4. Exchanges:
You may exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges will be facilitated if the delivered product is of the wrong size or color, and if it is available with us. However, the item must be in its original condition with hygiene standards strictly maintained.
Exchange approval takes 2 business days, and once approved, delivery will be completed within 7 days.
Once a product has been exchanged, it cannot be returned unless the product is damaged. We would need an unboxing video to verify the damage if any.
Cancellation process:
If an order is placed via Cash on Delivery and is requested for cancellation before the order is dispatched, it can be cancelled. The order can also be cancelled on delivery.
If an order is placed via prepaid payment, then it cannot be cancelled, can only be returned or exchanged.
